In the eastern area of the park, the walls of dolomite rock rise up into the sky. On the west side of the park, the eternal ice of the glaciers covers the summits of the Adamello-Presanella mountain group.
The mountain resort at 1,500 meters has built an international reputation as a top-class ski destination. However, the origins of tourism here date back to the 12th century.
The alpine pastures and mountain peaks of the Brenta Dolomites are easy to reach via the small, natural side valley. The waterfalls of Vallesinella are just a short walk from Madonna di Campiglio.
The water wealth of the entire region shows itself from its playful side in the Val Genova. Nature likes it and thanks them with lush green, which in the fall turns into a splendor of color.
High up on the hill, below the cliffs of the Brenta Dolomites, is where the Stenico Castle sits. One of the oldest fortresses of Trentino and central gathering place of the nobility and the clergy.
Crystal clear water from the mountains turns into azure bathing pleasure in summer. The blue waters of Lake Tenno are almost as pure as drinking water.
One of the great longing places is the small town on Lake Garda. This is the place where lake, mountains and sky meet again and again and create moments for eternity.
